School News

Welcome back to the 2020-2021 school year. We are so excited to begin another year of learning, adventure, and fun. To get started we wanted to share some pertinent information with all of you. 

• School begins via distance learning on August 24th.

• School starts at 8:30 am
• The campus will remain closed to both students and families during phase one of distance learning. We will update everyone if this changes.   

• Please take a moment to look at this guide to distance learning in English and Spanish  as well as our Tech Tools at Glance PDF attached below.  There is a wealth of information that will be useful during this time of learning.

• Your child's placement for the 2020-2021 school year will be emailed to you on Wednesday, August 19th. 
• Please continue to check the website for updates.

Attached below you will also find the student's academic calendar for the 2020-2021 school year.  Print it and keep it somewhere visible throughout the school year.

What is PBIS: 

PBIS is a school-wide behavior support of all students. PBIS calls on schools to teach kids about behavior, just as they would teach about any other subject—like reading or math. PBIS recognizes that kids can only meet behavior expectations if they know what the expectations are. A hallmark of a school using PBIS is that everyone knows what’s appropriate behavior.
