LCAP Update

Capri’s annual LCAP (Local Control and Accountability Plan) will be going to the Board of Trustees for approval in June. Thank you to our staff, students, and parents for sharing your input and offering suggestions for our 2015-16 school goals. Our four goals are:

1. All students will receive high quality instruction in Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards from high quality teachers in 21st century classrooms.
2. Measurement of academic indicators will show an increase of students meeting grade level standards by 3-5% each year.
3. Students will receive sufficient and appropriate tiered supports that promote and sustain their positive social/emotional development that enables them to learn and thrive in their classrooms.
4. Parents will feel encouraged and invited to participate in their child’s learning experiences both at school and at home.
