3rd Grade Inquiry and Innovation Day
3rd Graders received a new book and participated in a science experiment.
The Assistance League of Los Gatos spent Thursday Morning at Capri for Inquiry and Innovation Day. They brought each 3rd Grader a copy of "Ada Lace on the Case" a book by Emily Calandrelli about a third-grade scientist and inventor extraordinaire. The Assistance League volunteer read an excerpt from Ada Lace and then asked the students to hypothesize whether an orange would float in water and then performed the experiment.
