Free Nutrition and Cooking Class

Class is in Spanish on Tuesdays, May 4,11,18, and 25th via Zoom.

Learn about nutrition while making a component of dinner! In
this Nutrition and Cooking class, you will be cooking together
and learning about:

• The 5 food groups
• How to read a nutrition fact label
• Sugar in food
• Division of Responsibility

Boxes of food will be provided for pick up each Monday at:
Capri Elementary School
$20 Safeway gift cards will be given after attending all 4 sessions.
