Poetry Week

Welcome to our first annual Poetry Week at Capri! The Cornerstone Leadership students have planned an activity for each day of the week.  Today, approximately 120 students in grades K-5 attended a Poetry Reading in the library at lunchtime.  Students shared both original as well as some of their favorite published poems with a very enthusiastic audience.  Tomorrow's activity is "Chalk Poetry," and we finish the week with a Poetry Contest and DJ at lunch on Friday!
