State Tests & Assessments June 1, 2015 - 10:36am

Students are finishing up the district I-Ready benchmark assessments as well as the State CAASPP testing. We appreciate all of the support from our district office tech department as they have provided extra devices and on-site assistance. Results of the tests will be available for parents in September.

Capri Showcase June 1, 2015 - 4:14pm

Mark your calendars for our second annual Capri Showcase on Wednesday, May 27 from 12:30-1:00. All classrooms will be open, and parents will have the opportunity to see the outstanding work that their children have produced throughout the year. In addition, there will be an Art Exhibit in the cafeteria highlighting the Montalvo Arts program for 2nd graders and the ArtsEd program for our 1st , 3 rd and 4th graders. Please enter campus through the gates located near the 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms.
STEAM Showcase June 1, 2015 - 4:15pm

The community is invited to Campbell Union School District's inaugural STEAM Showcase, featuring student projects created with partners from Montalvo Arts, Lockheed Martin Space Systems, San Jose Museum of Art, MakersFactory, Future City, and MESA. Also, student works in coding, exhibition projects, engineering design challenges, technology projects, CUSD Extensions and multi-media artwork will be on display.

Kindergarten Round Up and Parent Information Meeting August 11, 2015 - 6:00pm

Parent Information Meeting:  From 8:00 and 8:20 a.m., teachers and school administration will share information about our kindergarten program, daily schedule, and campus logistics.  We want the first day to run as smoothly as possible for our families and incoming kindergarteners!  Please plan to attend.
Class Lists August 20, 2015 - 9:00am

On Tuesday, August 18th at 5:00 pm, tentative class lists will be posted on the windows of the Health Office, Main Office, and Room 8.  To ensure confidentiality, student names will not appear.  Please have your 5 digit student ID number with you.

As with all beginnings, there is a period of transition.  For the first few weeks of school, enrollment fluctuates as students move into Capri's boundaries, and we balance class sizes.  Class assignments are tentative until that point.

State assessment reports to be released in the fall August 26, 2015 - 4:45pm

Officials from the State of California will be releasing scores from the State’s new testing system in September, not August, as originally planned.

“We are taking an abundance of caution to ensure that the substantial amount of data we are receiving is properly collected and placed in new files on a new site,” said Department of Education spokeswoman Pam Slater. “Additionally, the department will be launching a new website to display the results and needs sufficient time to test the new site.”
